Once a consultant accepts your request, you can request an appointment specifying the date, time, duration, and mode (in-person, video, or phone). The consultant confirms it. After the session is completed, you can leave a verified review.

The AI Executive Advisor is a built-in AI tool that lets you ask any business question — strategy, finance, operations, HR, legal, and more — and receive expert-level analysis and recommendations. It's available directly in your dashboard.

Sign up, choose the consultant role, and verify your email. Then complete your profile — headline, bio, services (up to 10), skills, industries, languages, certifications, and portfolio items. Submit it for review when it reaches 100% completeness. Our team reviews and approves it before you appear in the marketplace.

Every consultant is reviewed by our team before appearing in the marketplace. This trust step protects businesses and keeps the network high quality. Profiles that do not meet our standards are returned with feedback so you can improve and resubmit. You are notified by email once your profile is approved.

You can list up to ten services, each with a title, description, delivery format (e.g. workshop, retainer, project), engagement type, and pricing model.

Complete your profile to 100%, add detailed services, keep your availability up to date, and collect reviews from completed engagements. The AI Matching Engine prioritises consultants with complete, high-quality profiles. The Pro Consultant plan also gives you priority placement in search results.

Yes. Messaging is restricted to the two participants of an engagement and is not visible to other users, administrators, or third parties (except where required by law).

A business can leave exactly one review per completed appointment. Reviews are public on the consultant's profile. They may be moderated by administrators for policy compliance but are never edited or fabricated.
